**HEALTHCARE RECRUITER Requirements**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A business-related degree is preferred but not required

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Should be proficient using a computer and various online databases

**Responsibilities**

Utilize a wide variety of job boards, social networks, referrals, and other necessary outlets as sourcing methods

Knowledge of staffing and scheduling

Be organized and coordinate workload among clinical staff, clients, and internal staff

Collaborate with and assist team as and when needed

Must be willing to assist with other office duties as needed and be a team player

Willing to work hard and go the extra mile in order to meet assigned goals with a positive attitude

Other duties as assigned by the Executive Team

**Job Qualifications**

Must have solid prior experience recruiting for hospitals and long-term care facilities in an agency setting

Identifying, sourcing and recruiting qualified talent for various levels of healthcare professionals - staff level through leadership

Experience staffing CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, and RNs, and other healthcare positions

Recruitment of both non-clinical and clinical backgrounds, i.e. Registered Nurses, Physical & Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, etc.).

In addition to sourcing and recruitment functions, the healthcare recruiter will also be responsible for assisting with the coordination of interviews, onboarding and other HR functions.

Must possess excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Must possess an appropriate level of computer literacy; experience working with MSPs is a plus

Must have the ability to work independently, within a team environment, and meet goals.

Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines

Experience with MSPs and ATSs preferred

Experience with job boards and associated research within, but not limited to: Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Pay: ₹14,131.56 - ₹46,053.28 per month
