**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Finance/Commerce.
Fresher or experienced with around 2 yrs in collections domain.
- Manage a portfolio of Customers Accounts.
- Processing and recording transactions.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Producing monthly financial and management reports.
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that the accounts receivable database is up-to-date.
- Analyzing and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant payment trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time issues.
- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with other people within & outside the Company (includes Customers as well)
- Overcome stall tactics through effective negotiation
- Inform management regarding the effectiveness of strategies for various accounts.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
