**Position Overview**:
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the car purchasing process. You will utilize your expertise in the automotive industry to guide customers through their options, provide valuable insights, and facilitate a seamless buying experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Showcase available vehicles and provide detailed information on features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and suitability to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that aligns with their requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure availability of desired vehicles and negotiate pricing/terms.
- Manage the entire car purchasing process, including paperwork, financing options, and delivery logistics.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional efforts to drive traffic to the dealership and increase sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in car sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the car purchasing process, including financing options and paperwork requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
