**The Dispatch Executive in a warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. They are responsible for managing the dispatch operations, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining accurate records.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate details of products, quantities, and delivery addresses.**

**Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse team to prepare and prioritize orders for dispatch based on delivery schedules and customer requirements.**

**Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and update stock records to ensure accurate availability information for timely dispatch.**

**Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers to schedule pick-ups, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.**

**Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of dispatch activities, including order details, delivery notes, invoices, and any relevant documentation.**

**Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards before dispatch, and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.**

**Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and address any queries or concerns they may have.**

**Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining dispatch processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs, and implement appropriate solutions.**

**Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all dispatch activities, including proper handling, packaging, and storage of goods.**

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree)**:

- **Previous experience in dispatch operations or a related field is preferred**:

- **Strong organizational and time management skills**:

- **Excellent attention to detail and accuracy**:

- **Proficient in using warehouse management systems or similar software**:

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
