**Salary Range: INR 20k to 28k pm (Fixed)**

**Stipend:

- Rs5,250(Only for first 30 days)**

**OJT Incentive Pay:

- 5% of sale value.**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team. As a BDA, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

**ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products/services and value proposition.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

- **
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any Field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
- References will also be taken

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
