We are seeking a talented and imaginative Illustrator/Creative to join our team. As an Illustrator/Creative, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative projects to life through visually compelling artwork and designs. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute illustrations that effectively communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create original illustrations and designs for various projects, including but not limited to digital content, marketing materials, product packaging, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and ideas that align with project goals and brand identity.
- Interpret project briefs and requirements to deliver artwork that meets both creative and strategic objectives.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of illustration and design work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in illustration, design, and visual communication.
- Adapt illustration styles and techniques to suit different project needs and target audiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall creative output of the team.
- Work closely with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into the illustration process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members, including designers, writers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and integrated visual communication across all channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as an illustrator or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent drawing and sketching skills, with the ability to create both digital and traditional illustrations.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling through visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in animation or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya).
- Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
