Replicon is searching for a result-oriented individual who is committed to excellence to join our successful team as a Finance Executive. This position presents an exciting opportunity to handle our US/Canada Payroll and HR activities.

**You have**:

- 4-6 years of experience in the field of IT/ITES Payroll administration and HR related function, preferably for Canada and US region
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A good knowledge of payroll processing & statutory benefits
- Trustworthy
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ensured confidentiality
- Proactive with good work ethic
- Confident in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage and work as a part of the team
- Prioritize work, accuracy in delivery of work with attention to detail

**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain and administer employee related data
- Address any routine Payroll, HR & Benefits request/queries by employees
- Administration of HRMS
- Computation and processing of commission, leaves, allowances accurately and updating the same in the payroll system.
- Preparation of payroll inputs and ensure consistency of output
- Accountable for ensuring employee salaries are paid accurately and as per the company's policy
- Reconciliation of payroll data and maintain a proper document control system for auditing
- Review end of year tax calculations & employee queries on tax deductions
- Responsible for filing all the relevant documents as required under the labour law
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance & other departments in a timely manner
- Administration of Payroll, Employee Benefits, and other Human Resource Management Systems.
