**Assessment and Diagnosis**: Conducting thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.
- **Treatment Planning**: Creating personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client needs, and goals. These plans may include specific therapy techniques, exercises, and strategies tailored to address communication and swallowing challenges.
- **Therapy Implementation**: Providing therapy sessions aimed at improving speech production, language comprehension and expression, voice quality, fluency, and swallowing abilities. Therapy can be conducted individually or in group settings as per the client's requirements.
- **Counseling and Education**: Offering guidance, support, and education to clients and their families or caregivers about their communication or swallowing disorder. This includes discussing treatment options and providing strategies for improving communication skills or managing swallowing difficulties.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with other healthcare professionals, educators, caregivers, and support personnel to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients with complex needs.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assessment findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- **Research and Continuing Education**: Engaging in ongoing professional development, research activities, and participation in continuing education programs to stay updated with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
- **Advocacy**: Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, raising awareness about the importance of early intervention and treatment, and supporting policies that improve access to speech-language pathology services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
