**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address patients' specific needs.
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and tools.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on speech and swallowing exercises and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, India.
- Prior experience working with individuals with communication and swallowing disorders preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
