**Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings and models using software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- We expect you to collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate drawings.
- You shall review architectural plans and specifications to identify any potential conflicts or errors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- We rely on your expertise to make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs based on feedback from team members or clients.
- You will participate in regular project meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and provide updates on the status of CAD designs.
- We expect you to maintain an organized file management system to ensure easy access and retrieval of CAD files as needed.
- You shall stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CAD technology, continuously improving your skills to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
- We rely on your attention to detail to conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of CAD drawings before final submission.

**Requirements**:

- You must have a strong proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- You should be able to create detailed 2D and 3D models of architectural designs.
- You must possess a deep understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- You should have excellent problem-solving skills to resolve design challenges.
- You must demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with architects and engineers.
- You should be able to review and interpret building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
- You must have a keen eye for detail to identify errors or discrepancies in drawings.
- You should be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
