Cad Trainer

Job Description - CAD Engineer - Trainee

The CAD (Computer-Aided Design) Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to individuals or groups on how to use CAD software for designing and drafting purposes. The Trainer will be responsible for assessing the training needs of participants, developing training materials and curriculums, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assess the training needs of participants and design appropriate training programs
- Develop training materials and curriculums, including training manuals, presentations, and exercises
- Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups on the use of CAD software for designing and drafting purposes
- Provide ongoing support to participants and answer questions related to the CAD software and design principles
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in CAD software and design principles and incorporate them into the training program
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure the training program is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation of training activities
- Assist with the development of new CAD training courses and programs
- Provide feedback to participants and management on the training program's effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical & Civil Stream), architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.,)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods

Working Conditions:
The CAD Trainer may work in an office or classroom environment, or they may work remotely to deliver training sessions. The job may require some travel to different locations to deliver training programs. The Trainer may need to work evenings or weekends to accommodate the schedules of participants.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
