Sourcing Executive - Luxury Sales

Location : Mumbai - Bandra (East)

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 3 to 5 Years’ experience with reputed real estate brands.

Role Category: B2C Sales

**Roles and Responsibilities -**

**1. Channel Partner Management**
- Should be able to source Channel Partners via various mediums and keep a pre-sourced database of the same.
- Hold regular meetings with current active Channel Partners and ensure continuity of business.
- Design incremental sales schemes for Channel Partners.
- Carry out appropriate market survey analysis to help understand the market trends and assist Channel Partner activation.
- Maintain proper database records of all the Channel Partners across all zones.
- Keeping follow-up track of channel partner commission/ Brokerage and ensuring invoices are raised on as per timeline and payment released.
- Consistently build on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct regular meetings with CPs with the purpose of both engagement and empanelment to drive more business.
- Maintaining all channel partner visit reports taking timely feedback from the closing Manager and sharing with the channel partner.
- Quarterly review of CPs including actual achievement v/s targets, qualitative factors and bring about process improvements.

**2. Client Relationship Building**
- Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects.
- In collaboration with the Team Lead, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status
- Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution.

**3. Team Collaboration**
- Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts.
- Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
