Vacancy For Back Office Coordinator Cum Personal Assistant.
Job Role:
1. Coordination with the Foreign Clients. related to dispatch of shipment.
2. Making Quotation and mailing to the clients,
3. Keeping track of meeting of Director and fix the appointment accourdingly.
4. prepare the import and export documentation (Training will be provided)
5.Keeping records of supplier and clients and solve and coordinate them.
6. and also need to do the back office other work which is been alloted time to time by management.
7. Drafting mails and coordinate through mail..

Language : English Communication Mandatory as need to talk to Foreign Clients
Minimum : 5 Years of Experience
Salary : upto 18000/- inhand. no pf or esi.
Office Time : 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
