Join our esteemed team at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, as a Lobby Ambassador, where you will embody the spirit of hospitality and serve as a welcoming presence for our guests visiting our iconic hotel. As a female Lobby Ambassador, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences, engaging with guests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from the moment they step into our lobby.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warm Reception: Extend a warm and gracious welcome to guests entering the hotel lobby, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their stay.
- Guest Engagement: Initiate friendly interactions with guests, engaging in conversation, and offering assistance with inquiries, directions, and recommendations.
- Information Hub: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special events to enhance their stay experience.
- VIP Recognition: Identify VIP guests and provide personalized attention and assistance, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Safety and Security: Maintain vigilance in the lobby area, monitoring guest activity and reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate hotel personnel.
- Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, presenting a polished appearance and demeanor at all times.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and priorities.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible hours
