As a female Lobby Ambassador, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences, engaging with guests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from the moment they step into our lobby.

Responsibilities:

Warm Reception: Extend a warm and gracious welcome to guests entering the hotel lobby, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their stay.

Guest Engagement: Initiate friendly interactions with guests, engaging in conversation, and offering assistance with inquiries, directions, and recommendations.

Information Hub: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special events to enhance their stay experience.

VIP Recognition: Identify VIP guests and provide personalized attention and assistance, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Safety and Security: Maintain vigilance in the lobby area, monitoring guest activity and reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate hotel personnel.

Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, presenting a polished appearance and demeanor at all times.

Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and priorities.

Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.

Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible hours
