Position**:BIM Modeler (Elec/Mech) & Sr. BIM Modeler (Elec/Mech**)

Qualifications:
**Diploma/Degree in Engineering** with **3-8 years of experience as a BIM Modeler**.
**GCC Project experience** is preferred
**1 Year GCC experience** is a must.

**Skills**:*Proficient in BIM software such as **Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.**

*Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination between different disciplines.
*Should be familiar with Dubai Building Codes, Dubai Municipality & Dubai Civil Defense standards.
*Able to deliver high-quality BIM models, and shop drawings efficiently and on schedule.
