The BIM Modeler will work closely with our Project Management teams to utilize BIM modeling to create drawings that are of the highest level of detail and accuracy.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Modelling and producing drawings from the Model covering Architectural, Structural, civil and MEP model elements as per the BEP and meeting all compliances
- Ensuring all BIM/CADD project content is stored in CDE - common Environment
- Good verbal/written communications in English to manage coordination process within/across the teams. Good interpersonal skills with team spirit is added advantage
- Input review to do thoroughly and to raise RFIs for any more additional information or to clarify discrepancies in design drawings in receipt from the client.
- Validating Model content during the modelling of each component and ensuring that the level of detail and accuracy required has been accomplished.
- Participating in clash detection review and model coordination sessions.
- Resolving clashes.
- Excellent hands on working experience in managing Revit/Equivalent BIM authorized tools. Preferable accreditations/certifications e.g., Revit Certified Profession.

**Qualification** : BE Civil /Diploma Civil
