**International Sales Specialist - Night Shift (Individual Role)**
- Location : Ahmedabad, India (Night Shift) WFO only
- Job Type : Full-time 6 Days Working

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Canadian market during night shifts (7 pm to 3 am). As an International Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for actively engaging in client calls, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business. This individual role demands a self-motivated professional with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a night-shift environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Conduct regular client calls to understand their needs and present solutions effectively.
- Present company products and services persuasively to potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed international sales targets in the Canadian market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct negotiations with international clients in the Canadian market, addressing concerns, and closing deals efficiently.
- Ensure all contractual agreements meet company standards and legal requirements.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective international clients in the Canadian market and follow up on leads.
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing international clients in the Canadian market to maintain strong relationships.
- Address international client queries and concerns through effective communication.

**Additional Requirement**:

- Proven experience in handling international clients, particularly in the Canadian market.
- Familiarity with the nuances of international business dealings and cultural sensitivities.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and overcome challenges associated with international sales.
- Track record of successfully managing client expectations on a global scale.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market dynamics and business practices.
- Ability to adapt communication style to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of international sales regulations and compliance.
- Experience in addressing and resolving issues specific to international clients.
- Preferred experience in RCM/EMR Sales.
- Proven track record as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Successful history of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Experience in Digital/Social Media Marketing (Include relevant details based on the specific requirements and expectations for this aspect of the role.
