Organization is leading Rubber Roller Manufacturing Industry located at Chacharwadi Vasna, Near Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: MBA in Marketing and BE in Mechanical with min 4 to 5 Years Experience as International Sales Executive for an engineering company.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase export sales of engineering products.
- Identifying and prospecting potential international clients and markets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale with clients and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Generating sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make strategic decisions.
- You'll need strong communication and negotiation skills, along with knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics. Previous experience in export sales, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector, would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is typically required.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
