Organisation is leading Rubber Roller Manufacturing Industry Located at Chacharwadi Vasna, Near Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

**Required Education: BE in Mechanical with min 4 to 5 Years Experience as International Sales Executive Profile in Rubber Roller or Any Capital Goods Manufacturing Industry**
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, focusing on international territories for growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends specific to rubber rollers or capital goods.
- Develop a strategic plan for market entry, expansion, and penetration, with particular emphasis on high-potential global markets.
- Develop and implement global sales strategies to increase product sales and profitability in international markets.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals with international customers, distributors, and partners.
- Achieve sales targets and manage the international sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns for international markets.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, websites, digital content, and presentations, to support sales efforts in diverse regions.
- Organize and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase the company’s products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Provide product training and technical support to international clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding the product offering.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings within the rubber roller or capital goods sector.
- Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to tailor products and solutions to meet the specific needs of international markets.
- Provide feedback from international customers to influence future product innovations and improvements.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Track performance metrics, ensuring that sales and marketing goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' strategies and offerings, identifying potential threats and opportunities.
- Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate the timely and cost-effective shipment of products to international clients.
- Ensure that international contracts and transactions comply with local regulations, tariffs, and international trade laws

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
