**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Support**:

- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
- Help in maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring using financial software.
- Track payables and receivables

**Administrative Assistance**:

- Provide support in organising and maintaining office files and documentation.
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
- Liaison with government agencies, banks etc

**Other Duties**:

- Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance or Admin Manager.

**Qualifications**:
**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with financial software tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**: 1+ Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
