**Duties and Responsibilities**

Daily Attendance Checking

Preparing Payroll

Staff Recruiting & Exit Process

All day to day works related to office maintenance

Handling highly confidential records

Assisting and coordinating works scheduled by the Management.

Day book and accounts maintaining.

Preparation of invoices and disbursing of salary to the contract staffs.

Conducting initial orientation meetings for the new joinees.

Co-ordinate Franchise meeting and training

Back
- end supports related to Finance (Banking transactions and payment transfer)

ESI & PF preparation and remittance

GST updates and supporting the auditors

**Qualification**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience

Good communication skill in English, Hindi and Malayalam

**Gender**:

- Male /Female

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
