**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain Checkpoint firewall solutions to secure and manage network access.
- Manage Checkpoint firewall components, including Security Management Server, Security Gateway, and Smart Console.
- Create and maintain firewall policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate Checkpoint firewall solutions with other security systems, such as intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPN, and SIEM.
- Monitor and maintain firewall systems to ensure proper functionality and promptly troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Perform packet capture troubleshooting procedures and log monitoring.
- Identify gaps in security and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments and advancements in firewall technology, and recommend new solutions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network security concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Provide expertise and guidance in configuring rules, maintaining ACLs, and troubleshooting VPNs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of SIEM and security incident management practices.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of network security policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to actively listen and effectively summarize issues.
- Degree or diploma in information systems or information technology.
- Ability to work a 24-hour shift as required.
- Passion, ambition, and drive to work in a highly demanding customer service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to quickly build rapport, earn trust, and influence stakeholders towards optimal solutions.

- Configuration and troubleshooting of ACLs, VPNs, and network security procedures.
- Maintenance of Checkpoint firewall solutions.
- Implementation of backup strategies and log monitoring.
- Knowledge of SIEM and security incident management.
- Demonstrable experience in network security practices.
- Integration of Checkpoint firewall solutions with IDS/IPS and other security systems.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of firewall systems.
- Identifying security gaps and proposing efficient solutions.
- Stay current with new developments in firewall technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding and knowledge of implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Checkpoint firewall solutions.
- Strong understanding of security and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with Checkpoint firewall components, including Security Management Server, Security Gateway, and Smart Console.
- Experience integrating Checkpoint firewall solutions with IDS/IPS, VPN, and SIEM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Checkpoint firewall certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
