Company Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation and review of secretarial documents like drafting of minutes of meeting, memorandum and articles of association etc., annual filing a form with Ministry of Corporate Affairs
2. Preparation of statutory registers and records
3. Exposure of FEMA and RBI Compliances.
4. Preparation, execution of and review of various agreements, MOU/term sheets, non disclosure/confidentiality agreements etc.
5. Legal documents relating to Bank financing and security creation viz facility agreement, Hypothecation deeds, mortgage deeds etc.
6. Drafting and review of legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Affidavits, various deeds etc.
7. Excellent command over MS documents on MCA and Courts etc.
**Requirements**:
1. 5-8 years of experience of handling secretarial and legal functions in a Company
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 per year
