Position: B2B Sales Specialist (International Night Shifts)

Location:Panjim Goa

Reports To: Managing Director

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of this platform across international markets. Working during night shifts to cater to global clients, you will use a strategic and consultative approach to pitch our platform's value, uniqueness, and relevance to potential clients. Your goal is to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales that contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Research and Identification:

- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business, industry, size, and specific needs.
- Identify and prioritize client pain points that CodeConductor.ai can address.

2. Pitch Development and Delivery:

- Craft and deliver compelling pitches that introduce CodeConductor.ai, addressing client-specific pain points.
- Start pitches with a brief introduction of yourself and the company, including any mutual connections or prior interactions.

3. Highlighting Features and Benefits:

- Clearly articulate the platform’s automation capabilities, AI-driven efficiency, customization options, integration ease, and scalability.
- Use data, case studies, and testimonials to illustrate the platform's impact and ROI.

4. Client Engagement:

- Offer live or recorded demos tailored to the client’s specific use case.

5. Overcoming Objections:

- Address client concerns regarding security, data privacy, support, and training.
- Provide detailed explanations and reassurances to build trust and confidence.

6. Closing Sales:

- Propose next steps such as trial periods, further discussions, or customized proposals.
- Follow up diligently to ensure client queries are resolved and to move the sales process forward.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Experience with international sales and working night shifts is a plus.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
