Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Degree Holder.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
