Jalandhar Punjab, India KRISHNA SPORTS INDUSTRIES Full time

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in procurement, vendor management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using procurement software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure favourable terms and prices from suppliers.
- Ability to analyse data, market trends, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple purchase requests and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, assess their products or services, and negotiate contracts.
- Generate and manage purchase orders accurately, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking when necessary, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations.
- Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure purchased items meet quality standards.
- Maintain a keen eye on expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
