**Responsibilities**:
Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop engaging content such as posts, videos, images, and infographics to attract and retain followers.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize campaign performance.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a positive brand image.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Use social media analytics tools to measure and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance our social media presence.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with content creation and design software is a plus.
Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
