Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and timely delivery.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement innovative and creative ideas to keep our social media presence fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure content consistency and quality.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on content ideas.
- Edit and optimize videos and images for social media platforms.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated passion for social media marketing, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Basic Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Basic understanding of content creation and storytelling principles.
- knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to optimize social media strategies.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
