Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads database.
- Present and promote company products or services to potential customers.
- Follow scripts and talking points provided by the company to engage customers effectively.
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
- Keep detailed records of calls, including contact information, feedback, and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic at all times, even during challenging situations.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and promotional offers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
