Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for executives and other team members.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Supervise cleaning work to ensure the office premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including monitoring office equipment and supplies, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Assist in organizing company events and functions.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior experience in reception duties preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
