GoTherapy is seeking a Part-Time Senior Counseling Psychologist to join our team in Chandigarh. As a Part-Time Senior Counseling Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing counseling and therapy services to clients on a part-time basis, as well as contributing to our mission of fostering mental health and wellness.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues.

2. Administer psychological assessments, as needed, to better understand clients' needs and progress.

3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and create customized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.

4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of psychology and counseling through continuing education and training.

6. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

7. Participate in program development, including creating and implementing mental health and wellness programs.

8. Contribute to the development of marketing and outreach initiatives to increase client engagement and awareness of mental health services.

**Qualifications**:
1. Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology.

2. Valid state licensure as a counseling psychologist.

3. Proven experience in providing counseling and therapy services, with a minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

6. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.

7. Familiarity with ethical guidelines and standards of practice in psychology.

8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

9. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

10. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
