**LOCATION: VADODARA**

**POST: QC INSPECTOR (QC- E & I )**

**INDUSTRY: REFINERY**

**QUALIFICATION: BE/BTECH Electrical or Instrumentation/ Diploma**

**EXPERIENCE: 8 TO 10YEARS ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT & PT as a mandatory & CSWIP 3.1/BGAS will be added advantage**

**TIME: 9 HRS**

**REQUIIRED SKILLS:

- Review and provide input into technical bid evaluations ** End User/PMC comments to be resolved along with vendors. **QA/QC project deliverables and inspection of procurement packages. ** Quality input to project lessons learned **Review and provide input into technical bid evaluations ** Verify the inspection level of products/materials **Review, approve necessary contractors, vendors and suppliers’ documentation including ITPs and procedures, as required. ** Conduct review of project technical queries and specification deviation requests **competent inspection resources are available for required items. ** Arrangements with TPI for inspection **Prepare inspection packages for inspectors ** Assign competent qualified and appropriately experienced inspectors to inspection assignments **Coordinate vendors/suppliers’ product/material inspection activities ** Provide support to coordinate fabrication activities **Review inspection outputs and highlight areas of concern ** Report non-conformances identified by inspectors **Coordination with Engineering regarding inspection queries, deficiencies & punch list items ** Coordinate with the Client Quality Representative close out of comments in documents & inspections. **Provide input to contract quality risk registers ** Root cause analysis of project nonconformities. **Capture client feedback and monitor resulting improvement actions ** Ensure the closure of Quality requirements for project closeout **Instrument loop diagram verification. ** P&ID layout verification for instrument. **Support with Engineering for SLD (Single line diagram) verification. ** Data sheet verification of Instruments (Differential pressure gauge, Pressure gauge, Transmitters, level gauges)..

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Oil & gas: 4 years (preferred)
