Recruiter / Sr.Recruiter - Non IT Hiring

Job Responsibilities.
- Develop, drive and execute PAN India recruiting strategies.
- He / She should be able to do competitive research.
- Experience in handling full life cycle of recruitment preferred.
- Experience in searching CV's on various job boards and knowledge of using professional business networking tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail Oriented
- Passion to talk to people across the globe.
- Excellent Sense of humor and common sense.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment.

Job Timings : 9.30 to 6.45 (2nd, 4th Saturday and All Sundays Off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Cell phone reimbursement

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:
