**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible for business development of service department such as AMC, Parts & Accessories Sale and Repair Machine Sale.
- Successfully set up write approach for “Stranded Operating Procedure” for Service Business and convince stack holder to follow up accordingly.
- Responsible for collections of outstanding payment of AMC, Service and Spares Part Selling.
- Every month Report Submission - Pipeline Business, Invoice Business, Projected Revenue collection. (1st date to 5th)
- Every month PM Schedule and plan visit of the service engineer report (Previous month end) in given format.
- Work report monthly (1st date to 5th) IN format.
- Submit any quote for service, AMC, casual service and parts to be sent within 3 hours.
- Maintain and upgraded Price List of parts and accessories for all Service Business Vertical.
- New AMC analysis for machine, engineer visit in 02 business days confirm with customer.
- Quotation sent to customer for AMC, Parts, accessories etc. report needed every 15 days, format given.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Increase Revenue for company Service Business in Vertical
