About Us:
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Airline Customer Service Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs as per NSDC norms. you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs aligned with the National Skill Development Corporation's standards and guidelines. You will play a key role in empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their chosen field and contribute to the nation's workforce development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement training programs covering various aspects of customer service, including communication skills, conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and technology usage in accordance with NSDC guidelines and curriculum requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs in accordance with NSDC guidelines and curriculum requirements.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to impart technical and vocational skills to participants.
- Provide practical hands-on training, demonstrations, and workshops to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess the skills and competency levels of participants through various evaluation methods, such as practical assessments and written tests.
- Monitor and track the progress of participants throughout the training program, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including industry partners, educational institutions, and government agencies, to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with industry needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in skill development to incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and assessment results.
- Participate in train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance training delivery skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a customer service trainer, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles, communication techniques, and conflict resolution strategies.
Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions and workshops.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
