As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2+ years in FMCG sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, including identifying potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand the market presence of our namkeen products.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product range.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, trends, and competitors, and use this information to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Regularly visit clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure proper product placement, inventory management, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager, keeping them informed about market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand visibility and attract more customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a strong understanding of our product range to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of 2+ years of successful sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to namkeen/snack products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain successful client relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and monitor sales progress.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in local languages and dialects relevant to the territory is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
