Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively provide administrative support as required.
- Liaise with other members of the executive team and department heads to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
