Job Title: UI/UX or Mobile Designer

Location: Mohali

Duration: 3 months (Contract-based).

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to conceptualize and design innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- **UI Design**: Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience. Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for development.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyze test results and make iterative improvements to designs.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the design process. Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Strong understanding of mobile design principles and best practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous mobile design projects.
