**Job Details: UI/UX Designer (5+ years)**
Location - **Remote**
**Position includes work typically performed by**:

- Product Designer
- Senior UI/UX designer
- UI Designer and Figma Specialist
- Head of UI/UX
- UI/UX Design Research

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead UX/UI design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Define design processes, methodologies, and workflows to optimise team efficiency.
- Guide and collaborate with team members in creating user-centric and visually compelling designs.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the UX/UI design team.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for team members.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
- Use modelling tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.

**What we are looking for**:

- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering products and creating value for customers.
- Understands design cycle from concept, research, scoping, wireframing, designing, prototyping and testing.
- Influence the build of personas, user journeys, storyboards and user flows.
- Quick design iterations as per user feedback and research.
- Good at documentation and being able to present work to product and engineering effectively.
- Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design and development processes.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of consistency, typography, color, design layouts, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability for assigned projects.
- Knowledge of working in an agile environment.
