Learning Coordinator

**Role**:

- Knowledge of Learning and HR systems is advantageous, Cornerstone our learning management system (LMS), Performance Management and SuccessFactors
- Administer, maintain and update the learning management system (LMS)
- Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs
- Serve as contact for participants and providers
- Work with SME’s to plan, schedule, coordinate, develop and execute training sessions
- Manage evaluations post-program to provide metrics to stakeholders and learning managers to ensure a continual process of feedback and enhancements

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate learning activities for the Compliance Training and Development team using Cornerstone Learning Management System.
- Develop and maintain training content and courses in the LMS.
- Manage ad-hoc projects
- Manage groups, assignments and curriculums
- Cater to reporting requests / / Manage SOPs / Automate reports

**Specialized Skills**:

- A passion for learners and great learner experiences
- Experience with learning management systems
