**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Teach Psychology to students in Classes XI and XII, following the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons covering key topics such as cognitive development, personality theories, social psychology, mental health, and more.
- Use diverse instructional techniques to make complex psychological concepts accessible and engaging for students.
- **Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement detailed lesson plans aligned with the syllabus and exam patterns.
- Incorporate various teaching resources, including case studies, experiments, visual aids, group discussions, and presentations, to enrich the learning experience.
- Update lesson plans regularly based on new research, trends, and student feedback.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support where needed.
- Prepare students for board exams by conducting mock tests and revision sessions, and providing guidance on exam techniques.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
