**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Deliver well-prepared and engaging lessons in psychology, covering topics such as cognitive processes, developmental psychology, personality theories, psychological disorders, and research methods.
- Teach as per the curriculum guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board) and ensure that students understand key psychological concepts.
- Foster discussions, debates, and critical thinking activities in the classroom to encourage deeper understanding of psychological issues.
- **Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that are aligned with the educational standards and objectives.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, and multimedia tools to accommodate different learning styles.
- Regularly update lesson materials based on new psychological research and trends.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide constructive feedback on students' work and suggest ways for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and ensure timely reporting of grades and feedback to students and parents.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and respectful communication.
- Implement behavior management strategies and maintain discipline in the classroom.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide additional academic support and guidance to students who need help with complex psychological theories or research methods.
- Offer career guidance to students interested in pursuing higher education or careers in psychology, counseling, social work, etc.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
