Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Tamil - Voice Process)

Experience Level: 0-1 year

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive fluent in Tamil for our voice process team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Tamil-speaking customers over the phone. If you have a strong command of the Tamil language and a passion for assisting customers, we encourage you to apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Tamil-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service-level targets and maintain quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution when necessary.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and contribute ideas for enhancement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Tamil language is a mandatory requirement.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,214.10 - ₹15,000.42 per month
