- The person will be working with Complaint Handling and Field teams where the key responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy of the Installed base by verifying whether the serialized components are installed behind the correct System ID. He/she would be required to search the various databases or get in touch with the Field Engineers or Director of Services to get the correct information like GIB, eDHR, GLPROD._

- Working on Healthcare Service invoices with 100% Accuracy - Siebel CRM 8.1_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Engineering or related field_
- _Curiosity is a must. Questioning the controls and evaluating the efficacy of its effectiveness is key to bring in best outcome for the project_
- _Experience in Supply chain domain_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Graduate in any stream - (B.A Preferred)_
- _Basic knowledge of MS office_
- _Working Knowledge of Computers_
- _Excellent in written and verbal communication_
- _Previous working experience in a similar kind of industry will be added advantage_
- _Ensure 100% adherence to SOP’s and compliance rules and regulation._
- _Ability to Handle Pressure and work in a US shift environment_
