As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Should have hands on experience in Siebel upgrade, Configuration/Admin/EAI/EIM

Experience on JavaScript, Siebel Configuration, eScript, VB Script, Workflow, Assignment Manager, EAI.

Holding Certification in Siebel 7.8 or 8.0 / 8.1 would be preferred

Holds experience in both Technical and Functional Design Document.

Holds experience in Inbound and Outbound integration using web services.

Experience in Data Migration and deployment Strategies.

Experience in Java Scripting, HTML and Enterprise JavaBeans would be nice

Hands-on experience in design development involving Order Management, Pricing Product Config

Experience in setting up Siebel Tools and understanding of Siebel Data Model.

Should hold excellent communication and presentation skills

10+ years of Siebel CRM experience

Design expertise in multiple sectors including oil and gas, telecom, banking & finance

Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into a system designs of various functional modules like Customer Management, Sales, Order management, Assurance, Contract and partner territory management
Perform the gap analysis between new business requirements and as-is functionalities
Possess good understanding on Siebel system architecture and have good knowledge on Telecom domain and CRM domain knowledge
Have good knowledge and hands-on experience on various Siebel technical areas like Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Integration, Order Management workflow,
RTE s, Open Ul etc
Ability to model and design the new services launched by business with shorter
TTM
Develop strategies for implementation of larger projects or frameworks for mostly used use cases or transactions
Understanding on different delivery models like Agile, Waterfall, SDLC cycles and Change management processes
Knowledge of working on various telecom services like GSM, Fixed, Connectivity and loT services
Having knowledge on B2B business process of oil and gas, telecom, banking & finance
Excellent Analytical Communication skills

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client's site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should be highly experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms that are being supported. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from management while advising management on progress/status.
