**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Various types of title commitmentsncluding limited search, netro-online search, full search, two-owner search, and current owner search.
- Perform nationwide searches with a high level of expertise, utilizing online platforms such as Netroline and title plants including Tapestry, Data Trace, Title Point, Landex, and TIMS.

**Research and analyze pertinent record documents to determine ownership, legal descriptions, and any title connections.**
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company/Clients’ examination and policy requirements.
- Report research findings on property title accurately and clearly.
- Provide chain of title, exceptions, and requirements through Title Report.
- Be Open to working in day and night shifts as required.
- Recommend and advise on process improvements and lead initiatives to improve processes and service/products.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- At Least 1to 4 Years of experience in the title commitment typing process with a good understanding of title search methodologies.

**Efficient communication skills, both verbal and written.**
