This is a full-time role for a Title Examiner at Avanze. As a Title Examiner, your day-to-day tasks will involve examining title opinions, deeds, escrow documents, chain of title, and conducting title searches. This role is based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
- Experience in examining title opinions, deeds, and escrow documents
- Proficiency in conducting chain of title examinations and title searches
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations related to title examination
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
