**_ In this role, you will be responsible for OTC GPO. _**
**_Need to focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change_**

**_ Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholders _**
**_Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls_**

**_Be a specialist in the Domain of OTC and drive projects for aligning to Global Design_**

**_Excellent knowledge of ERP Applications, Workflow Tools etc._**

**_Drive Digital implementations of new tools - troubleshoot issues and customize digital implementations._**

**_Train teams on digital tools implementation and drive adoption_**

**_Supervise and report out the progress of projects_**

**_Assess actual performance against standards to determine whether the team is on target to reach goals and takes corrective actions as necessary_**

**_Build a relationship with all internal and external partners, drive cross-sales for customer_**
