**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into clients.

**2. Content Creation and Management**:

- Manage content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and promote services.

**4. SEO and SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on search engines and social media platforms to increase website traffic and conversions.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

**7. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and marketing, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute digital marketing initiatives.

**8. Stay Updated**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies and tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the photography or film production industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for photography, film production, and creative industries.
